PRB NO. 2011-027

In the above-entitled cause, the Clerk will enter:

 Respondent Michael O. Hermann is a lawyer licensed to practice law in the State of Vermont.  Respondent and disciplinary counsel have filed a stipulation to transfer respondent to disability inactive status.  Having reviewed the stipulation and supporting documents, the Court finds that respondent currently suffers from physical and mental conditions which adversely affect his ability to practice law.  Accordingly, pursuant to Administrative Order 9, Rule 21.C, the Court orders as follows:

1.  Respondent’s license to practice law is transferred to disability inactive status, effective from the date of this order, and until further order of the Court;

2.   The pending investigation and prosecution of the ethics complaint against respondent docketed as PRB File No. 2011-027 shall be held in abeyance until such time as the Court reinstates respondent’s license to active status;

3.   Respondent shall comply with all of the requirements of Rule 23 of Administrative Order 9.
